Defined by materiality and light, Riven House draws its name from the tactile quality of stone carried throughout the home. Surfaces shift between softly honed planes and a natural finish styled that catches light in a dappled, almost liquid way, bringing movement and variation to an otherwise restrained palette.
Timber joinery and filtered daylight set a warm, architectural backdrop, allowing the stone to take focus without overpowering the space. Aldini was engaged to deliver the stone fabrication and installation throughout, with each piece considered in how it meets, turns and holds light.
What emerges is a home that feels composed yet tactile, where refinement comes through material expression rather than excess.
